Secondly, some of you might have heard about the Red vs. Blue comedy Matt (Assistant Director) and I were putting together. THE SCRIPT WAS AWESOME!!! We were on a role with that thing. However, we had to bring it to a temporary halt since I will be leaving for a mission in a week. Anyways, the reason why it was such a great idea, script, movie, etc., was because it required next to NO money/extra equipment. All you need is a couple XBox 360's and a couple copies of Halo 3. The use of a game engine to make a movie is however not an original idea. Red vs. Blue is actually already a highly acclaimed internet show. I was drawn into Red vs. Blue because:
#1- I love Halo.
#2- It was a clever idea.
#3- It actually had a great storyline.
#4- It was, without a doubt, ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!!!!
Anyways, Matt and I's conversations on the phone mostly revolve around comical ideas and ways to alter serious matters into comically ironic situations. We found that Red vs. Blue was a nav point toward displaying our comical ideas. With a little initiative, we went through with it. So, as we started discussing the script, ideas just came right away, and the script flowed so well that we were very much drawn into the project. However, we were missing one crucial thing. Time. The film was looking so great that it would be insulting it if we didn't make sequels. So, we brought to a temporary halt. We were lucky enough to make a trailer, which can be viewed below. One thing is for sure though, we are SO gonna finish this project when I get back.
So, the whole purpose of this post was to tie the loose ends. I am leaving for my mission on the 11th, so I figured this would be a good time to do this. As you can see, the whole format of the blog has been altered. At the bottom you will see an updated list of future projects. On the side you will see the usual post archives and video bar. Information about me has changed, and so has the crew section. You should also be reminded that some of the previous posts have a link on them. This is because some of the pictures and photos are cut off due to the process of moving posts from the other blog to this one. Just click on those links and it will bring you to a better view of the video/photo. So, in a nutshell, it's still LMP (Live Mastered Productions).
...until next time,
Bane: The Born men return to the forest with intentions of malice and destruction, and they succeed. They kill Krin and more than half of the Born women. The children do not survive. The remnants of the forest people flee into the mountains in hopes to receive counsel with their old allies, the Fate. After the forest burnt and overrun, these Born men proceeded in calling themselves the Bane. They then seek to destroy those who have dominion over the earth, men (humans). For means of secrecy, their first target would be the hidden city of Parentis. The Fate gained knowledge of this, put the Born into safety, and go forth to defend Parentis. Some of the Born are stubborn enough to leave the group and give their own lives at Parentis.
